Every body tells a story
Our life story doesn’t just shape our mind — it shapes our overall health. Experiences of stress, safety, trauma, or connection are registered in our nervous system, our hormones, and even our immune responses.
Over time, these patterns influence how we breathe, digest, sleep, and respond to the world. In a real sense, our biography becomes our biology and our physiology.
But just as stories can harm, they can also heal. Through awareness, compassion, and new experiences, we can help the body feel safe again — and begin to write a new chapter from within.
Lifestyle & Integrative Medicine
Our daily choices—food, movement, rest, relationships, meaning—write a living story in our cells. When illness arises, integrative medicine looks at the whole narrative, weaving evidence‑based lifestyle changes with conventional care and complementary practices. Diana’s approach to integrative medicine has a clear focus on the whole person, including their life story, values, belief systems and behaviors. With a trauma-sensitive lens, Diana explores nutrition, movement, sleep, nervous system regulation, supportive relationships, avoidance of toxic exposure, microbiome modulation and coaching techniques as tools to help us live a more healthy and authentic life.

Oncology yoga meets the body where it is, with gentleness and respect. Through mindful movement, breath, and stillness, it helps soothe the nervous system, restore a sense of safety, and reconnect body and self.
