Self-Discovery Retreat for Healthcare Professionals: Towards a More Aligned Practice

Healthcare professionals often work at the edge of exhaustion, compromising their health and their personal and professional lives.

Heal the Healer is a retreat created for healthcare professionals who feel the need to pause and rediscover themselves. It is an opportunity to slow down, to listen inwardly, to reconnect, and to care for themselves with the same presence they offer to others. It is a safe space to explore who they are beyond their professional role, to recognize where they may feel disconnected from themselves in their practice, and to realign the way they care in accordance with their values, boundaries, and truth.

Facilitated by Diana Ferreira (physician) and Andreia Costa (nurse), who in recent years have undergone a profound professional transformation driven by the realization of a deep misalignment between who they were and what they were doing as professionals. The entire process began with a journey of self-discovery that they now wish to share with their colleagues.
